Custom Signs
Your sign will ship from our Florida workshop within 7-10 days from your order date. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order ships. A friendly reminder that your sign will require a signature at the time of delivery.
All custom orders are final sale.
Rush orders are available too. Rush orders can be processed and completed in no less than ten (3) business days. Additional fees apply.
Damages
At Brite Lite, we make it our personal goal to only deliver the best in quality, design, and craftsmanship. Your custom Brite Lite custom new neon sign is inspected at each stage of production and must pass a final inspection before we release it for shipping. Although rare, transit damage can occur. Please be sure to follow the below steps:
Please make sure to inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damages or issues within 48 hours. Please take photos of the damaged product as well as the box and email our team for review. Please hold on to all packaging. Our team will be in touch asap with next steps.
Quick-ship Signs
Some of our pre-made New Neon® signs can be shipped quickly from sunny Florida! These signs can ship out the next day. Keep an eye out while shopping our quick-ship collection for details on specific signs.
